Uses	Used in the prevention of delayed chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) following moderately and as add-on therapy in refractory cases.
Mechanism Of Action	Metopimazine is a phenothiazine derivative with anti domaminergic activity. It has a high affinity for dopamine D2 receptors (and also α- adrenoreceptors and histamine H1 receptors). But no affinity for serotonin 5-HT3 receptors. It exerts its antiemetic effect via the chemoreceptor trigger zone.
